Claims

Coach - Transit Components Inc. will not accept responsibility for any freight damage unless so noted at time of delivery and in the presence of the carrier ref. In the event you receive damaged product from the carrier, you must make notation of damage with the carrier at time of receipt, or you can refuse the entire shipment. Damage claims must be made within 10 days after receipt of product. Coach - Transit Components Inc. will not issue credit on any damaged product that has exceeded this ten day limit.

Warranty

The warranty period for each product starts the date of purchase. Coach - Transit Components Inc. warrants from the date of purchase all products will be free from defects in material or workmanship. During the warranty period, any product found to be defective in material or workmanship, it will be repaired or exchanged at Coach - Transit Components Inc. option, with no additional product charge. Warranty does not include repair or exchange as a result of accident, disaster, misuse, abuse, non-Coach - Transit Components Inc. modification, improper installation, or normal wear and tear. Products not manufactured by Coach - Transit Components Inc., the warranty will match that of the original manufacturers. Warranty claims must be initiated within the warranty period, return product must be accompanied by proof of original purchase, to Coach - Transit Components Inc. All returned product must be insured by the customer to eliminate the risk of loss or damage. in transit, prepay the shipping charges, and use the original shipping container or equivalent. Coach - Transit Componenets Inc. will pay return shipping charges within the contiguous forty-eight states.
